Shri Sunil Mahnot is a commerce graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India. He is looking after Company’s Secretarial, Finance and Commercial matters since last 20 years. He has been appointed as a Whole Time Director designated as “Director-Finance Cum CFO”.
